Eligibility Requirements

To register for our services, you must be at least 18 years of age. By registering as a client, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate, authentic, and complete. Logo Double-R reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.

Payment

Payment must be made by the client within 48 hours. A 50% deposit is required at the time an order is placed, with the remaining 50% payable before the final files are delivered.

Logo Double-R reserves the right to request full payment at any time before the completion of a project.

Rights and Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment of the agreed project charges, the client will receive ownership of the final files created specifically for the project.

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logo Double-R its licensors, service providers, subsidiaries, employees, and representatives from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Force Majeure

Neither party will be held responsible for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions when such failure is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, riots, strikes, legal or administrative actions, disputes, or other unforeseen events.

Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the client after an order has been placed, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed and costs incurred by Logo Double-R up to the date of cancellation.

The client may also be responsible for any cancellation fees charged by third-party service providers as a result of the cancellation.
